Martin Stimela
CEO & Co-founder, Brastorne

Martin Stimela, the Co-founder and CEO of Brastorne, is dedicated to addressing the digital divide that affects 760 million underserved Africans. With a wealth of experience spanning over 15 years in digital transformation, Martin has worked in major transformation projects for Banks (Lloyds Banking Group) and utility Companies (EON, RWE) in Europe, being a Director of the Botswana Savings Bank and successfully managing US government cooperative agreements aimed at enhancing health systems as Informatics Director for the Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and USAID.
Martin currently serves as the President of the Southern Africa chapter of Stanford Seed, a partnership between Stanford University and De-beers aimed at ending global poverty.
Violet Lupuwana

Violet Lupuwana is an award-winning female business owner. She is the founder and owner of a multi-million dollar transport and logistics company named Chumile Holdings. The company offers both passenger and road freight transportation and logistics services. Violet Lupuwana is a qualified Industrial Engineer with a decade of experience in various industries ranging from automotive, OEM, FMCG, manufacturing and Engineering Consulting and Project Management firms.
Violet also is a professional business coach and mentor and has contributed and continues to contribute significantly to the empowerment of entrepreneurs in her country. This she does in her capacity as training facilitator, business mentor, life coach and transformational speaker, who has significant influence and impact on her audience.
Violet is an alumni of the Standford Seed Enterprise development program cohort 12. She is an alumni of the 360 degree Masterclass with Ibukun Awosika cohort 16. She is an Alumni of the Nelson Mandela University. She is an award winning Entrepreneur. She was three times nominee in the Women in Transport Awards 2022. She is a transformational and inspirational speaker at conferences and seminars.
