Louis has over 30 years of experience in Business strategy. He has conducted many strategy and business model implementations in culture change and leadership development across Africa. He has held various positions in his career which include Deloitte as Principal Consultant, Nedbank as Senior Manager (Innovation Management), The Council for Scientific and Industrial Research CSIR as the CEO and Groman Consulting as the Principal Consultant.
Olubunmi (“Bunmi”) is a Principal with the Investment Team, where he is responsible for sourcing, evaluating and managing investments in the technology, media, and telecoms space. Previously, Bunmi was an Associate in the Global Energy Group at Credit Suisse, New York, where he was involved in financial advisory and capital-raising efforts for power and renewable energy firms. Prior to Credit Suisse, he was a management consultant at Accenture.
Ralph Gilchrist (Chairman), is a co-founding partner at Enko Capital Management LLP, a US$63.4 million private equity fund focused on growth opportunities in Africa. Ralph has over 30 years experience managing private equity funds across Africa and the UK.
Laurie is an investor and executive coach with experience in corporate development, finance (tax, treasury), legal, IP, engineering, operations, and product management.
